DAL FRY BANANE ME LAGNE WALI SAMAGRI (INGREDIENTS) ÷

  1. Arhar Dal                     4 spoon

  2. Chana Dal                     3 spoon

  3. Moong Dal.                    3 spoon

  4. Masoor Dal.                   3 spoon

  5. Pyaj (barik kata).             1

  6. Tamatar.  ".                   1

  7. Lahsun ( pisi hui).              5 piece

  8. Hari mirch (barik).            2 piece

  9. Ghee.                           2 spoon

  10. Long.                        3 tukde

  11. Jeera.sabhut                ½ spoon

  12. Dalchini.                     2 tukde

  13. Laal mirchi sabhut.         2 

  14. Jeera powder.              ½ spoon

  15. Garam masala powder.      ¼ spoon

  16. Haldi powder.                ½ spoon

  17. Laal mirch Powder.           1 spoon

  18. Dhaniya powder.              1 spoon

  19. Namak.                    Swadanusar

  20. Hara dhaniya.         Sjawat ke liye 


DAL FRY BANANE KI VIDHI÷

Sabse pahle ham sari daalon ko ache se dho lenge or fir unhe 10 minutes tk Pani me bhigo Denge .

Ab ham Dal ko cooker me daleneg lagbhag 11/2 cup Pani dalker gas me tej aanch me chdha Denge 1 siti ane ke bad gas ki aanch ko dheema kr lenge 4-5 minutes bad gas ko band kr lenge or jab tk pressure khtm na ho Jaye cooker ko kholenge nhi thanda hone k bad me kholna hai.

Ab ham ek kdhai me oil/ ghee lenge or usme sabut jeera,sabhut lal mirch , dalchini,long dalenge oil garam hone ke bad ham usme pyaj dalenge or 1,2 minutes tk pakayenge jab tk golden na ho Jaye .

Ab ham dalenge lahsun Hari mirch Kati hui or 20-30 sec. Tk pkayenge .

Ab hame dalna hai tamatar or sath me namak or ise bhi 1 minutes tk pkayenge .

Ab ham dalnege garam masala powder, dhaniya powder,lal mirch Powder, haldi powder ise ache se mix krenge or thodi Der bar isme ¾ cup Pani dalker 4- 5 minutes tk pkayenge.

Ab hamari Dal fry garama garam chawal ke sath khane ke liye ready hai ise ham hare dhaniya se saja kr serv krenge ..
