PANNER TIKKA MASALA BANANE ME LAGNE WALI SAMAGRI ÷
Panner. 250 gm
Adrak lahsun pest. 2 spoon 🥄
Dahi ( curd ). 1 cup
Tandoori masala powder. ½ spoon
Jeera powder. ½ spoon
Chat masala. ½ spoon
Dhaniya powder. 1 spoon
Lal mirch Powder. 1 spoon
Kasoori methi. 1 spoon
Nimbu Ka ras. 1 spoon
Sarson Ka Tel (oil). 2 spoon
Gravi ke liye lagne wali samagri ÷
Badi ilaychi. 1 piece
Sabhut dhaniya. 1 spoon
Dalchini. 1 piece
Sabut Lal mirch. 2 piece
Pyaj. 2
Tamatar. 2
Kaju. 8-10 piece
Lal mirch Powder. ½ spoon
Haldi powder. ½ spoon
Cream. ¼ cup
Sajawat ke liye Hara dhaniya
Paneer tikka masala banane ki Vidhi÷
Marination ke liye ÷
Sabse phle ham dahi ki ek malmal ke kapde me bandh kr 1-2 ghnte ke liye tang Denge jisse hamrama marination acha banega .
Uske bad ham Dahi ko Nikal lenge or usme adrak lahsun pest, tandoori masala ,dhaniya powder,jeera powder,lal mirch Powder,garam masala ,chat masala,namak or nimbu Ka ras dalker use ache se mix krenge .
Ab hamko kata hua paneer usme dalna hai or Kuch time ke liye Rakh lenge .
Or hamko 1 ghnte ke bad is paneer ko toothpick ya Sathe stick me LGA lenge .
Ab hme ek non stick pan me halka sa sarson Ka Tel lagana hai ! Or fir ham is paneer ko isme skhekenge jab tk golden brown colour ke na ho Jaye hame Ache se Charo or se shekna hai.
Ab hame ek kdhai me oil Lena hai ab isme hame badi ilaychi, dalchini,sukhe lal mirch ,sabut dhaniya or kaju ko 1 minutes tk fry krna hai ! Ab ham isme onion dalenge or ache se golden hone tak bhunenge ! Ab tamatar or namak dalker ache se 3,4 minutes tk pkayenge
Ab ham lal mirch Powder,haldi powder, garam masala powder dalker 2 minutes tk fir se pkayenge .
Ab ham ise Nikal lenge or thanda hone ke bad iska pest kr lenge .
Ab hme usi kdhai me pest ko dalenge or ½ cup Pani dalker slow gas me pkayenge .or fir hame dalni hai kasoori methi sath me paneer tikka or 4 ,5 minutes full gas me pakana hai jab tk hamari gravi gadhi na ho Jaye .
Ab isme cream dalenge or ye hamara panner tikka masala ready hai khane ke liye ise hara dhaniya Daal kr garma garam rotiyon ke sath serv kre .
